4th Annual Weenie Dog Football Challenge!

Ouch man!! What a sorry start for these two weenie dogs!! Four picks in two weeks and not a single winner!!

Roscoe's Raven's pick was a complete dud, as the Ravens get their asses handed to them.

Blackjack did a little better, as his Cowboys bet was just enough to tie the spread!

So the current standings are

1st place Blackjack with a record of 0-1-1

2nd place Roscoe with a record of 0-2-0

Better luck next week weenie boys!

WOW !
Beginning to wonder if Stevie Wonder or Helen Keller would have at least one win by now.

Maybe the wieners have been the renal areas too much.

Yo weenies, can we like have dogs that can actually pick a winner?
Checking in with my "bone-a-fide" pick of the week.

Even the great teams have a clunker once a year. That was the case for the Baltimore Ravens who came out flatter than a squished cartoon bird, suffering a big letdown after a convincing win over Pittsburgh. The Ravens really ARE a great team. And they are an excellent road team. No quarterback has won more playoff road games than Joe Flacco.

I am taking Baltimore minus-4 to win at St. Louis.

Guaranteed winner!

That is RM's play of the week.

I actually won on the Titans last week because I was expecting a big let down by the Ravens. I also won on the Steelers last week, because I knew they didn't want to go 0 and 2 and that they wanted to make up for their embarrassing loss to the Ravens the week before. The Ravens got embarrassed last week and are looking to kick some ass.
Howdy friends!

Now its time for my pick of the week! Today this selection gets a 5 paw rating

That is how good this pick is. Take this pick and pee on your bookies leg with it this week! You;re gonna clean up baby!

My pick of the week is the Detroit Lions -4 over the lowly Minnesota Vikings! The Vikings flat out suck this year, and that is not all...the Detroit Lions are for REAL this year. They have been kicking some serious ass.

Between Stafford, Calvin Johnson, and Jahvid Best, this is a dangerous offense, with an even more deadly defense!

This spread really should be more then 7, but I'll give up 4 points any day of the year baby!

Go lions!!

Good luck with your bets this weekend, and may the power of the weenie pups be with you.

I think both weenies are going to get their first wins. This is just in time, seeing that Rizzo is starting to roll up a newspaper.
I was a good weenie this week. I am hoping for a bone tonight.
Oh man! What a contest this has been! Sheeesh

Roscoe gets spanked as his Detroit Lions, finally did end up winning but they did not cover the 4 point spread! They missed it by just one point! What a dud way to lose a pick!

Blackjack, on the other hand, marks up a decisive win, to be the first weenie to get a win this season! Sheesh it only took 3 weeks and 6 picks for one weinie to get in the win column!

So the current standings are

1st place Blackjack with a record of 1-1-1

2nd place Roscoe with a record of 0-3-0

Better luck next week weenie boys!

I know my brother Roscoe is due to break out of his Weenie slump in a big way. So I put my doggy thinking cap on, licked my privates and thought up a winning pick. I am taking Green Bay minus 12 1/2 against Denver. No way the Broncos keep it closer than two TDs unless John Elway and Terrell Davis put on pads on Sunday. And the game is at Lambeau, for goodness sake.

Good luck everyone!
