5 Women Die In Limo Fire On SF Bridge!

How horrible. 5 women going to a bridal shower in a rented limo died when the limo caught fire and they couldn't get out of the limo! Unfortunately, one of the women who died was the bride to be!

I just don't understand how they couldn't get out of the limo with all those doors and a sunroof that could have been exited! So sad!
I wonder if the electrical system died so none of the power locks/windows/sunroof worked. Makes you wonder about some of that stuff.

That is probably exactly what happened. I have a friend who is a driver and he said the driver can lock the doors in the back, but I would think one could still ordinarily get out. What a horrible way to die.
5 other women got out. somebody managed to open a door or sunroof or something

Cars are shockingly flammable. Once that seat foam gets ignited, the fire spreads fast.
I seen a report on a car where they got locked in and could not get out,if the wiring got burned up they may be they could not unlock the doors, very sad.
Karen,I have been wanting to reply to you after going to New Orleans & losing $5000 & only getting 1500 tier points, played triple play $1 bonus, only lost $1500 & got 3000 tier points, thanks.
hmmmm, odd. on the early morning news, they were saying 5 of them got out.

4 women and the driver escaped. 5 women died
One wonders if it was the vehicle or something one of the passengers did that initiated the fire. Apparently the limo was a 1999 stretch Lincoln, so could have been something in the wiring.
