7th annual Weenie Dog Football Challenge

This week I am going to take the Philadelphia Eagles -7.5 over the Washington Redskins.


The Skins suck this year, and the Eagles need to win this game, and keep sights on the top spot in their division, and sneak into the play offs. Its going to be close between them and the Cowboys.

This should be the easiest money you'll see this week.

Bad luck and worse luck for the weenie brothers this week

Blackjack's Detroit Lions -7.5 pick was a loser, as the Lions did win the game, but only by 6 points

Roscoe's, Eagles -7.5 pick, was also a solid loser, as the Redskins took advantage of some sorry ass refereeing and kicked the Eagles ass out right...no spread needed

Damn weenies are worse than the Browns this year.

Week 17 is always a difficult week to predict winners. You just don't know what players have mentally checked out. And other teams that are playoff bound are quick to pull starters to keep them healthy for the postseason.

So I am going with a team that has a lot of the line -- Atlanta minus-3 points. The Falcons take the crappy NFC South with a win over Carolina on Sunday. Atlanta will have gone 1-9 against non-division foes but 6-0 in the worst division in years to make the playoffs at 7-9. Take Atlanta minus-3.

I need a winner this week. I am running out of games left, to catch brother blackjack! We only have a few weeks of playoff games left to go.

So here is my winner for this week. I am taking the San Diego Chargers +1 over the KC Chiefs.

Chargers are in a do or die situation for their play off lives and need to win this last regular season game to advance. The Chiefs starting QB is out for this game with an injury, making this bet all the more juicy.

Should be an easy win for the bolts.

Blackjack's Atlanta Falcons -3 pick was a straight loser, as the Falcons forgot how to play football, and looked like shit, getting beat badly by the Panthers

Roscoe's, Chargers +1 pick, was also a solid loser, as the Chargers reminded everyone that they really suck bad, and they couldn't wait to get the season over and go on vacation, instead of wanting to participate in the play offs

Here we go into the playoffs!
I have a winner for you. I'm taking the Carolina Panthers minus-6 1/2 points at home against Arizona. I hate to pick against the Cardinals, but they have no quarterback, no running backs and a defense decimated by injuries. It's the Panthers' week as they catch a team that peaked weeks ago.

After seeing Brother B-J's pick...I know I can send this contest to a TIE in the standings with a solid winner this weekend, and here it is.

I am taking the Pittsburgh Steelers -3 over the Baltimore Ravens. Steelers have a monster at running back and a great batch of wide receivers, and Big Ben is throwing the ball well.

The Ravens, on the other hand, have not shown much promise, and just squeaked into the play offs thanks to the bad fortune of other teams.

This should be easy money this weekend folks!
