9th Annual Weenie Dog Football Challenge

So it has come to this. How exciting!

And for the first time in Weenie challenge history, Roscoe and I will have action on the same game. I picked Atlanta and New England to play in the Super Bowl at the beginning of the season so I am going to stay consistent. I am taking the Falcons minus-5 1/2 points on Sunday. Aaron Rodgers has been Houdini all year escaping trouble to make a big play. But I think the Packers are a little too dinged up to pull off a road upset. This is the Falcons' year so that's my pick.

Good luck, Roscoe and everyone else betting on these games this weekend.

FINAL Results from the 9th Annual Weenie Dog Challenge

The Weenies really took it to another level this year! Great jobs to both pooches and congratulations to Blackjack Pooch for another victory!!



Roscoe's OVER 61 pick on the Packers/Falcons game was an easy winner, as the Falcons ran up the score and beat the total of 61 easily


Blackjack's Falcons pick was also an easy winner as the Packers choked and got their asses handed to them


****FINAL Standings after week #20 ****

1st place Blackjack with 13 wins and 7 losses


2nd place Roscoe with 12 wins, 7 losses, and 1 tie


Being the smart man that I am...I knew that Roscoe had a guaranteed winner, and I figured that Blackjack was going to remain HOT to win those cookie bones....I decided to make a $50 parlay on the Falcons -5 and the Falcons/Packers OVER 61, and of course I won. I can use those winnings to pay for Blackjacks cookie bone prize! heh heh
