Abstinence Advocate, Bristol Palin, is knocked up....again

I may have done it. Too much to drink and a moment of weakness.

Maybe the best path does not include gloating over others' misfortunes or misadventures.

Where's the fun in that?

Besides...
Unplanned pregnancies are a serious problem. Some people (Bristol Palin) take the national stage and preach abstinence-only sex education is the most effective way to reduce unplanned pregnancies. It hasn't been very effective for poor Bristol. Evangelicals should take note - especially since they are the ones most outraged by the practice of abortion

Abstinence is an extremely effective way to prevent unwanted pregnancy. One must simply remain abstinent.
My little blessing

Well of course. The issue is with Abstinence Only programs that fail to provide information to young people about their options just in case.

But abstinence-only sex education has been show to be extremely ineffective when it comes to teaching...abstinence. On the other hand, the states with comprehensive sex education have the lowest teen pregnancy rates.

Nice work if you can get it:

Holy Moly - Did they not teach you ONE FUCKING THING at that Wabash River college ?

I started off my post with "THE PARTY OF FAMILY VALUES".

Do you have any FUCKING idea what that refers to ? IT'S CALLED THE REPUBLICAN PARTY.

The Republican Party is OH SO VERY FUCKING FOND of telling women what they can do with their body, when they can do it, and what states they are allowed to do it in.

Would it be wrong for me to mention a certain Repub Speaker Of The House currently under investigation for molesting underage boys ?

I was not referring to anything Bristol Palin said.

I was referring to the Republican Party in general.

And Bristol Palin is associated with the Republican Party.

Do I need to remind you how Bristol is associated with the Republican Party ? Or did you conveniently forget that fact ? Hint: Her Momma ran for Vice President under the Republican banner.

The Party of DO AS I SAY......not DO AS I DO.

And if you read my 1st post very carefully (which I do not think you are capable of), you will not see the words Bristol Palin in that 1st post.

Best you go back and beg your buddy Mitch Daniels for a full refund.

Last I understood, the Democratic Party tells southern blacks that if the elect a Repubican that Jim Crow laws will go into effect, old people that Republicans will take away their Social Security, that Republicans will take away blacks welfare checks.

Ironically Bristol's Pregnancy now serves as a brilliant case study in sex education. Abstinence-Only sex-education gets you 2 unplanned pregnancies from two different fathers...neither of which is wed to the mother. Well played, lady. You've earned that paycheck

abstinence only education don't get you nothing. Unzipping and letting it hang out along with spreading them wide gets pregnancy. Abstinency means 'keep it zipped and keep em closed'. Don't blame the education for people that lack the self discipline to do some simple stuff.
I feel bad. This is just another exhibit of the odd sexual repression most conservatives self-impose on themselves. Bristol is an attractive girl in her 20s. Sex should be a normal natural part of her life not something she constantly feels guilt about especially to such a degree that she avoids family planning and engages in an elaborate public ruse designed to trick people into thinking she is not doing what every other healthy attractive girl her age does. Oh well, at least she isn't diddling her siblings or sodomizing high school boys.

Ellen, I'm flattered. You must be quite sweet on me to show such interest in my daily schedule. Dom and I met at 4:30pm Saturday, leaving me plenty of time to correct the many inaccuracies posted by well meaning people. I wasn't clock watching while at "The Brick", but I suspect I was home by 7:30pm.

Last night I attended an Indianapolis Indians AAA baseball game with an old college buddy. I'll make certain to keep you appraised of my itinerary, and you let me know when you would like further details.

Happy Tuesday to you!
