The ACLU honored the Dallas Cowboys for giving criminals second chances.

- Greg Hardy ( assaulting a female and suspended by the NFL)
- Randy Gregory newly drafted( tested positive for marijuana as draft approached, mental issues)
- La'el Collins recently signed ( undrafted due to questioning about murdered ex-girlfriend)

All teams should take note and provide second chances!
