PJ, please explain when is it acceptable for Obama to create his own law, approve his own law, and finally enforce his own law? Next, when is a acceptable for Obama to ignore judicial verdict? I've noticed that no Liberal will answer these questions instead you guys do a nice Liberal Two Step (Think Urban Cowboy meets Brokeback Mountain), followed by the Liberal Jig hyhh followed by The Twist.
No liberal has answered your question because the premise of your question is absurd and false...Obama has not created / approved / enforced his own LAW. I'm, of course, going by the Constitutional definition of the word "law" which is very different from your definition. Unfortunately for you the Constitutional definition is the one the Supreme Court goes by. Bummer, huh?
But let me play. No president (not even Obama) can write down a law on paper ....forge signatures from Congress ...and order federal officers to enforce it. I would gladly scold any president who tried.
If you are confused about "executive Orders' and "laws" then I suggest you go sit in on a Constitution class at Brownsburg High School. I'm sure the 11th grade teacher (or one of his smarter students) can help you out. And if you are simply outraged by the very idea that a president might issue an executive order then you've got a couple of centuries of presidents to vent at before you get to Obama....including all the ones you happily voted for.
