After wedding ceremony dinner

My son and fiance are getting married at the Mirage in August at 7pm. We're looking for a restaurant nearby (within walking distance) to have a nice dinner for 10 people after the cermony. A menu with a little variety, including steak, would be a plus. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
Expensive fare can be had at MGM at Craftsteak ($115 a person). Here's a link: Craftsteak

Here's a listing at Caesers: Caesers dining options

MGM Grand isn't really within walking distance from the Mirage, unless you want a lot of sweaty people sitting down.
I have no idea of what you want to spend. The Venetian is across the street with several great restaurants. If you are not wanting to spend a fortune, then see if you can reserve a private area at Grand Lux. If you are willing to spend more then there are several wonderful restaurants, including Wolf Gang Puck's restaurant, Delmonicos, Emerils. At the Pinot Brassierre I've had two exceptional meals, and two mediocre meals, so be careful there.

Caesars is right next door and has many dining options too.

If you are looking for a stand alone restaurant, I don't think you are going to find one for the type of occasion you are looking for.

With only 10 people, most any restaurant can accommodate your group. The Range at Harrah's is a steakhouse with a very nice classic setting and ambiance for a nice wedding dinner. BOA steakhouse is a more modern restaurant at Caesars Forum Shoppes. Kokomo's right in Mirage is also nice.

go to the Mirage website and look at the menus for Onda and Kokomos. see if either of those will do. Is there a reason why the wedding party wants to leave the Mirge for their dinner?
I've eaten at Kokomos a few times. It's very good. They may give you a deal along with the wedding.

I love seeing wedding parties at the tables after their ceremonies. It always seems to give a good vibe and lots of wins.
Since your criteria includes walking distance from Mirage, I would recommend going across the street to the Venetian or Palazzo. There are some great restaurants there, along with beautiful photo op areas throughout. None of them will have trouble accomodating a small wedding party like yours.
Here's some of them, all of which include steaks:

Venetian - Delmonico

Palazzo - Morels
- Carnevino
- Cut
- Table 10 by Emeril

Another recommendation for BOA in the Forum Shops. Plus it is right on the strip so you won't have to walk a mile. Impeccable service.

Joy
I was going to recommend Spaggo's, but after looking on Caesers web site it isn't there anymore. What gives?

Spago is in The Forum Shops at Caesars.
I agree with KarenTN, why not the Mirage?
