aged beef success

Thanks everyone. I'm definitely gonna start doing more dry age stuff. I saw that paula dean recipe on food network,but it was one of probably a hundred,but i'll definitely give it another look. Whenever i cook,i generally read and learn as much as I can from any source i can,and draw from that.If I actually have a recipe book in front of me in the kitchen,that usually means trouble LOL.
I also did some roasted asparagus which turned out absolutely delicious. I've always steamed my veggies. Definitely no more. Cant beleive I've never done that before.
