That's good, but he didn't commit perjury either under the federal statute - otherwise Ken Starr would have indicted him in a hot flash. If you're asked a question that is not material to you case in a deposition you can say whatever you want.

Spin away, but I seem to recall there was an indictment called impeachment. The only waste was due to the missing spines of those that were elected. Strangely enough, all of our Democrat senators chose to put their party above an antiquated tradition - telling the truth under oath.
