all lines underlined?

Why are all lines on this forum underlined on my PC but not on my Ipad?

On your PC, go to Tools,
Click Compatibility Settings.
In the text box/address box enter www.lasvegasadvisor.com.
Click Add.

Should fix it. Might have to re-boot after the steps, can't recall.

Nobody knows why it happens on this site.
Sometimes it re-appears. Follow the steps again.

This has been questioned before and for me with Google Chrome everything here is underlined. Just awhile ago I used Firefox and the underlined text disappeared.
Now I'm back using Chrome and the lines are back.
So, this means................................................???

Yes, I realized it was an issue on Chrome, not Firefox.
I will follow your instructions, Candy, when I get back to my PC.
I had never had this problem before but thought I remembered reading about it.

Candy, realized your instructions were for IE. No problem there, only Chrome. Still can't figure that out.
But not sure this site is worth the effort anyway.

Agnes, sorry it didn't work for Chrome.
There must be a similar fix for Chrome.
Look in the Tools and try different things.
That's how I found the fix for IE, just messing around.

I looked in "Tools" but it only showed some LVA posters
