Almost time for my trip!

The California downtown still has some coin machines. They are upstairs to the left of the escalator that takes you to Main Street Station.

Sam's Town. Near the cashier cage. Main St. Station has a bunch. They are across from 777 Pub, almost to the opposite wall.

I think Treegirl hit it with RIO, been so long since ate there, think that's the one, its been on TV many times and prob the one your daughter saw.

Funny you mention coin droppers, I used to think the EXACT same way when TITO first came out, I thought it was kinda blasphemous. I started warming up to titos' and then I lost all love for coin droppers for the last time at Ellis Island while waiting for a take out pizza. We were playing a nickkel slot killing time til the pizza was done and at the exact same time they called our name we hit for like 50 bucks or something like that. OK, cool, wheres a cup?...cup? WTF? No cups anywhere. I had to go hunt down cups, ARRRRGH (pizza calling again). Find cups, back to machine, wife can go pick up pizza while I scoop, she returns, i'm still scooping...and scooping...and....there we go, all done.Now we got 2 cooling pizzas and a sh!tload of nickels. Gotta go cash these. OK, where?, back there. Wait here, i'll be right back.Lug all those nickels to the back get in line(pizzas still cooling). Finally, cashed out, mad dash, get back to room and have some cold Metro pizza. I LOVE titos' now.
Coindroppers are still cool for nostalgic sake, but have lots of time and cup(s) in handor reach LOL
