I guess that it's art. The scorpion truck is a little weird. I have seen(and touched) the brass asses,not the multi-colored rocks in the desert. The fence around it to discourage graffiti. Too busy gambling to see the sights,I guess. On the bus,we saw the friggin' pink motel.
