When the casinos say that sportsbet tickets expire 6 months from the game, do they really mean it? Cause I have a ticket for the Giants to win the SB that I need to cash in.

Snidely, on the back of the ticket there should be instructions for redeeming the ticket by mail. I did this once, sending it via registered mail. They sent me a check for my winnings.

Great game ending. Congrats Giants
Damn lost both of my tickets and my team lost...... Bad day at my house..... Lol..... I had a prop ticket and$300 on pats -3... Lost both.... Damn
How long do you get to cash in a sports book ticket? I usually go to Vegas in December. I'd like to bet on the Superbowl but wont be in town to cash the ticket until the following December. Is that kosher?

thanks Sue. I guess my subtle way of bragging that I have a winning ticket was too subtle.
And for those of you that want to blame Welker's non-catch at the 20 yard line for the pats loss, let me just say this. There were no guarantees that the Pats were going to score on that drive. I've been watching the NFL for 56 years, and betting on it for 43. I've probably seen every possible scenario that could happen when a team is down by the goal line. There's no sense trying to list them all here, but just say that the pass was complete at the Giants 20 yard line. The next play or two, Brady might have thrown an INT in the end zone and the Giants got the ball back at the 20. Brady gets sacked and fumbles the ball and it's returned for a Giants TD. He hands off to one of his RB and he gets striped of the ball and the Giants recover...or run it back for a TD. Or maybe Brady hits Welker in the end zone for a TD. Maybe the Pats running back fumbles and the Giants recover. However, the next play Manning throws an INT and the Pats run it back for a TD.

These are some of the things that MIGHT have happened IF Welker had caught the ball. But since none of us could see the future, it's meaningless to even discuss it. There are those of you out there that ASSUME that the Pats had an automatic TD, but that's just NOT fact!! I could probably have listed a dozen more scenarios that I have seen through the years, that wouldn't guarantee the Pats scoring a TD.

Around a dozen more scenarios huh?
Patriots fans I think what Be A GIANT is trying to say is you're lucky Wes Welker didn't catch that pass because it could have been a whole bunch worse for you if he did.

WTF??? OK, let me try one...

Welker catches the pass, and just before the two minute warning Tom Brady goes down with a torn ACL. But wait!! Tim Tebow is in the house, and is quickly traded to Patriots for a bag of practice footballs. Somehow the power goes out during the commercial break, giving Tebow time to get into his new Pats uniform to replace Brady.

When the lights come back on, Tebow connects with Chad Ochocinco, who leaps over an outstretched Satan (claimed off waivers by the Giants during the same power outage) to score the game winning TD. Tebow rips off his helmet to reveal that he's really Jesus Christ, resulting in world peace, love, and harmony for all eternity.

Could happen, no???
