Animals Banned from Strip, Party Animals Still Allowed

Animals Banned From Strip

.
I hate these kind of nanny laws. Why don't the police just arrest the people that are abusing animals and leave the responsible pet owners alone.
I have to agree with snidely333.
They should ban children.

Good law.

Makes it much easier for police to get rid of homeless beggars who incorporate animal abuse into their begging tactics. Rather than make a cop hang around waiting for abuse, the law defines it as abuse to bring a pet to the strip, where no pet should ever be. So if a cop sees a non-working animal pet on the strip during the 17 hour ban, they can just deal with the situation immediately.

Having a seven hour morning exception also gives responsible pet owners some liberty to take the pet out on the strip during the quieter hours if need be. That really should never be necessary, but it's probably wise to accommodate some exception.

Thanks for letting us know about this.

hmm...seems as though the recently self appointed LV news reporter is not investigating the links/stories he provides.

Can you sat "Creepy" ? ............ Can you say "Gross" ?

Yes, but these little things would be easy to spot and correct if people went back to copying and pasting the entire article onto the thread so I wouldn't have to click a link.

Apparently the powers that be who own this site don't want to be sued for that again.
