I found a little gem on my Time Warner cable: Anime Network
They have about 15-20 different cartoons, most subtitled and some in english. Most can't be broadcast on US TV because of various issues, however the ones I've latched onto are really great. My current fav is H.O.T. D - High School of The Dead. Think of dawn of the dead, but its high school kids that are fighting the dead folks.
