If our moronic pres again chooses easy living over outrage following another rolling American head, I understand. He must be thinking what I am. Why the f**k do these thrill seekers go over to such hazardous places? Now we have to listen to all the lip service BS about their lives, how absolutely wonderful they were, and what a "great service" they were providing, when most Americans couldn't give two sh*ts about either one. They could have chosen differently without all the attention-grabbing, and if they really are the darlings that we're now told they were, we wouldn't be crying in our beer. I have no sympathy for these kind of loons. They knew the risk, they were asking for trouble, they basically got what they asked for, and the sun will continue to rise without them.

Maybe other up & comers will learn from these fools, but probably not.

You mistake hatred for lunacy, garnering just the sort of attention beetle craves. Instead of letting this guy ruffle your feathers simply kick back and laugh at the idiots of the world instead of being bothered by them. It makes this board much more enjoyable than taken seriously.

Everybody's a knowitall. I'd say the same thing if a family member dissed common sense for the risk of a death thrill ride that these attention whores thrive on. They want to believe the whole world is their fans and that they'll live forever as heroes. Well these two got stopped. No tears she'd here.

I appreciate your concern, jatki, but my feathers aren't ruffled in the least by albeadle's frothing-at-the-mouth rants. I'm a soccer referee, so my skin is pretty damn thick. And no, I'm not mistaking hatred and anger for lunacy. It may very well be that al, drmilled, and a couple other angry bigoted posters are lunatics, but I refuse to let that be an excuse for spewing their constant hateful rage upon the rest of us. Does anybody even wonder anymore why we get very few new posters on these forums?
