Any MGM Signature Suite Owners Here?

It seems there is a trend to not want to book until 4 months out and I want to book sooner. I'm not looking for a friends discount. Just a decent rate that I can book now. I already have my quote from MGM Grand for the same stay and would like to work something out since I prefer Signature.

I stayed there on my retirement trip in a suite with a full kitchen. It was by far the best room I have ever had at any hotel, anywhere.

Once you get your bearings and learn the back way out it was easy to get around.

I've stayed there before too and we loved the room. When I found out last night that we would be going to a convention there I immediately contacted the owner of the last unit I stayed in but he doesn't want to book anything until 4 months out. I already heard from a different owner and he quoted me a price that I feel is right where it should be. The only drawback is that it's in tower 3 and I'd really prefer tower 1. But, I'll probably end up going with that room anyway.
