I will generally "walk the casino floor" looking for "advantageous slots". Here in beautiful South Florida, there are a few still around.
One casino I frequent has the S & H Green Stamps machine (x2). Penny denomination. It has been over 25 "visits" since I've found a play on those, and the hold is so high on them, I'm not really certain what level is needed to make those true advantageous machines.
I'm ahead on that model, but if my time spent walking to find it and check it out is counted, my win may be only pennies per hour. LOL
Not like the good ole days where there were 20, 30, or more different machines on a casino floor, and finding plays was a daily occurence.
There is also another game that appears to offer an advantage, but the advantage disappears if the machine sits idle more than 10-15 minutes of so.
Not certain that is "legal", since it would lower the payback on the game significantly, perhaps to less than the "legal limit" of 75% in Florida. Hmmmm...... But if I speak with the casino, I'd be recognized and watched, and if I speak with "gaming control", the casino would probably just take them out.
Those are a long walk from the Poker Room, so I only check them coming and going.
Seems like in the past year, I've "found" more money/credits/tito's/chips than earned by playing slots. LOL
