Any updates on the Cal's renovations?

I was there in early Dec 2015 and they built a new entrance to the casino right by the live keno area and closed the entrance to the parking lot instead (the parking lot can still be accessed though using the parking lot elevators). Also, they had only one elevator working (out of 3 or 4, I can't recall) for the east tower. The area by the craps table which had been closed off during the summer was opened in Dec 2015 and that section looked nicely renovated. I'm planning another trip for March and hoping the renovations are done. I wanted to try the new noodle restaurant but it was closed on a Tuesday night (I think).

I was just at the Cal this week. They now have the hotel registration area closed off. Guests are temporarily checking in at the keno lounge.

The renovations will start with the casino floor and registration desk and should be well under way or nearly complete by March,2016. The guest rooms are the second phase of the project.
I booked the MSS across the sky bridge for mid- March ,surf87. I would be happy to see the new casino floor.

What are the payouts at the CAL craps table?
I did a search but everything I found was woefully out of date.

What I like to see is 10x odds across
$5 min to $3000 ($5000 would be better)
12 pays triple in the field.

You can win or lose anywhere. Lady Luck seldom follows me BUT stop here for craps. $5 minimum and 20X odds. Name one place on the strip that has that! I am tired of walking the strip to find $10. minimums with empty tables first thing in the morning which is when I usually play. I find the craps tables here always hopping. I will definately return.

A couple years old,but I think it's still 20X odds.Triple on 12? Never played it.I'm a pass and commer player w/odds.Outside numbers.

The have great beers! I like the high roller.
I'll park at the hogs breath bar for VP after breakfast and go back after dinner.
My bed will be 200 steps away. Much less,if by wheelchair.
The craps tables are my last stop for the evening.8PM to past midnight.

I hope that the Cal will be ready on the main floor by March.

The Next shooter site is out of date.
I was Downtown late November and Mainstreet was 10x odds with min. $3 and a measly $500 max per number.
$500 is WAY too low to make money on a decent streak. My pull and press style can easily get place or odds bets up to $2000 or more on a hot roll.
I cant find any casinos of those I regularly visit that have 3x on 12 in field.
I like to play a hedge "system", the Iron Cross, that utilizes the field bet but you need the triple 12 to make it doable.

I found craps table odds that are a little more up to date.
Anyone agree with those stats?
