Anybody Familiar With ASMR? It helps with insomnia.

ASMR is a physical sensation characterized by a pleasurable tingling that typically begins in the head and scalp. It is commonly triggered by soft or accented voices, personal attention, ambient sounds.

I thought this was the craziest thing I’d ever seen, but then I listened to it and it worked.

I've always experienced this since I was a kid.
I did too, but I didn’t realize there was a name for it or that you could listen to a soundtrack of triggers and continually experience it. It gives me a sense of euphoria after a few minutes of it.

I'm surprised your sense of euphoria started after a few minutes. I'm thinking for you the time would be less, in fact much less.
