anyone ever flown Frontier Airlines

Just booked or May trip to Las vegas out of Philadelphia with a connection in Denver on Frontier Airways. I Never used them before and dont know anyone who has . I just read some reviews and wondering if I made a huge mistake. If anyone has used them I would love to hear your feedback. thanks
Sometimes reviews are fabricated by disgruntled ex-employees. I have used Frontier in the past, but not recently. The last time I was in LV waiting for a flight home, I saw many Frontier jets through the window of the terminal. I believe they are expanding their routes at this time. My prediction would be that you will get what you paid for.
I feel Frontier is close to Southwest on the customer service. I have flown Frontier twice and each time it was a great experience. Detroit to LAS via Denver. They also have small LCD monitors to watch TV during the flight. There is a small fee but well worth the extra money. You did not make a mistake booking Frontier.

My first flight to Vegas was on Frontier a few years ago with the Denver layover. My only complaint was the short layover time in Denver. Had to hustle to get to the gate but they held the flight a few minutes because so many people were in the same situation. That was the only time I have used them. I don't remember why I switched airlines, but do remember the Frontier flight attendants tried to liven up the safety briefing with some humor. Comments like: concerning the cameras...er I mean smoke detectors in the lavatories, don't mess with them.

I flew 34 segments on Frontier last year. That is my favorite airline by a bunch!
I have flown Frontier a couple of times, round trip from San Diego to Oklahoma City. I had to change planes in Denver. Generally it has been a good experience. Unlike SW airlines, which I fly much more regularly, you have the option of enjoying a small TV screen on the back of the seat in front of you on the larger planes. Once on my return flight out of Oklahoma City we missed our connection in Denver. Frontier Airlines put passengers up at their expense at a Red Lion Inn. The problem was, this hotel was 30+ minutes from the Denver airport, out in Aurora, as this airport is very isolated from the city of Denver. They shuttled us to the hotel and back again early the next morning.
A very pleasant airline to fly with - have never had bad experiences with them - nice website too.
"Welcome aboard Frontier Airlines Flight 777 to Las Vegas, Nevada.

To operate your seat belt, insert the metal tab into the buckle and pull tight. It works just like every other seatbelt and if you don't know how to operate one, you probably shouldn't be out in public unsupervised."

"In the event of a sudden loss of cabin pressure, oxygen masks will descend from the ceiling. Stop screaming, grab the mask and pull it over your face."

"If you have a small child traveling with you, secure your mask before assisting with theirs. If you are traveling with two small children, decide which one you love more."

I'd agree with all the positive comments. Have used Frontier a few times flying out to Vegas and have been pleased with the service and aircraft.

No worries.

A couple of others I heard on their flights: One was about adjust your oxygen mask and then helping the children and those acting like children. Another was that if you have to smoke, please step out onto the wing.
