Got mine in the mail today in Los Angeles. I ordered it from Steve Bourie's website early bird offer before Nov 1, at $11.95 each (3 books), and $6.50 media mail ($4.50 for 1st book, $1 for each additional book), they sent it on Nov 2 from Florida and I got it today.
