Anyone tried the Buffet of Buffets (or intend to)?

Has anyone tried the Buffet of Buffets or intend to try it? If so did you feel like you got your money's worth? Which ones did you hit? I've never tried it but I've done the Orleans all day buffet for $27. They attach a wrist band which gets you to the Emerald line (highest tier) each time you choose to enter the buffet. I'm not a big eater but I felt like I got my money's worth. Someday I intend to try the Buffet of Buffets, $55.
When we first went to vegas 20+ years ago we would eat buffets all day for the entire trip and only gain about a pound. Not any more.
The only Boyd buffet I like is the Orleans (and maybe Mainstreet...but its been a long time since I've been there). Sams sucks and Suncoast and Goldcoast are not much better. The Emerald treatment is a plus, but than I've been an Emerald since they started it. I'd pass on it.
As for CET program, we did it when I got their credit card. Had buffets at Paris, PH & Rio (liked the PH and Rio, but not impressed by Paris). Thought it was a good deal for free, but way too much food. No plans to do it again.
Coming stay we will spend one night at Caesers to use up my Diamond comp at the buffet, but would not pay for it.
we did it because it was free for us. It was a lot of work. LOL. We like the Paris Sunday brunch but that does us in for the day.

We did it twice, only because we each got vouchers for getting the Total Rewards credit card. All I can say is that it is a LOT of food and you feel you have to "get your money's worth."

The first time we did the Harrah's breakfast, the old Lago buffet at Caesar's (which became my favorite), and Paris for a late dinner and then breakfast the next day.

The second time we did the Paris buffet for breakfast both days and paid the upcharge to do a very late lunch/dinner at Bacchanal.

Keep in mind that unless someone is Diamond or Platinum, you may be waiting in a long line. Also, the pass starts its "clock" as soon as you get the pass, not when you first use it.

We've done it twice last two trips and it works perfect if you time it right. I thought it pewrfect because you didn't feel you had to stuff yourself each meal. We walked in and out of buffets and ate just a little each time(not always) over the 24 hrs. Gave a chance to sample many different ones if you're bopping around harrahs ville casinos. I thought it was great deal for us because it worked perfect. Hungry? Pop in spice mkt and grab a couple crab legs and hunk O' beast.
With all of the buffet coupons floating around i find its better to just use those. Palms, silverton, and M resort are either free or half price every trip so those are regular stops. All three are very good quality. The stations properties frequently have buffet promotions too....entire weeks/months with buffets at half price. By the time i've hit my regular buffet stops i'm usually buffet'ed out and ready for a made to order meal
even though I am "fat" I cant really eat a lot in one sitting, I just cant stand that stuffed, miserable feeling. I never feel like I get my money's worth at a buffet when I look at what the other people are putting away. I prefer to eat several small meals a day. however, I really would like to try the Bacchanal but I don't want to shell out the $$
Give me MSS buffet all day long. Although that Sunday line is a mess after 10:00am.

I don't know if I could do a buffet all day long. However paying just one price for a days worth of food sounds good.

Well if you time it right, you can eat for almost a day and half. The pass is good for 24 hrs, buy it at 10 am, go eat a little breakfast, back early afternoon for a light lunch, late afternoon snack, then a regular dinner whenever it strikes you. Have time for a good breakfast if you get there at 9:59.

EDIT TO ADD: Another bonus about this is you can try all the different buffets at the all the properties.
