I saw this sight for reservations and I guess they give you points you can use to get cash off of meals. Just wondering if anyone has used them or if there is a better site I should be looking at.
I used opentable all the time. I've received about $60 from them to date and they owe me another $45. It's free and it lets you see many restaurants at once. Great!
I use OpenTable all the time and find it to be a "rewarding" experience. I usually manage to earn about one $50 gift certificate per year which I typically apply to a meal at Todd's Unique.
You earn 100 points per reservation at most of the participating restaurants, but there are some that reward 1,000 points. FWIW - both Sonoma Cellar and Nove credit your account for 1000 points per reservation and offer coupons in this year's MRB.
Here is a link to a listing of restaurants in Las Vegas restaurants that offer 1000 point dining:
It's more of a reservation system than a coupon/savings site. After you get 2000 points, you can ask for a check for $20 good at any restaurant where you make an opetable reservation. So, you get $1 per reservation unless you book a special $10 reservation.
