Once again, if they are older machines and don't have the Game King series designation then they probably are using the sequential method. Some machines may have a copyright symbol as well which could provide a date.
10+ years is a long time and even the "old" Caesar's machines may be new enough.
BTW, one of the casinos I play at ahve machines dated 1992 and they do use the sequential method. How do I know? They will pay off certain machine problems (like held cards turning off at draw). However, they check to make sure the deal would have provided the desired result and they use the sequential method to determine it.
