Thanks Jim. He went from plan A, to plan B, now on plan C - seems to be more major than we thought!

I feel your pain tonyrob! We are in the process of having to redo all of our outside drain lines which are stuffed full of roots from our cedar and fir trees. Trenching starts early next week, with the plumber's vacuum attached to my Vegas account to pay for it all. I love my trees - they are so beautiful, about a dozen are over 120 ft tall and stunning to look at but I have to admit to having some rather uncharitable thoughts about them when the plumber showed us how much damage the roots had done to the entire drainage system.
