Ummm, you didn't address Whiskey Pete's at all. Rules changes from month-to-month are one thing. It has nothing to do with Whiskey Pete's not having table games since last year, September (or earlier) if I remember right.
I appreciate your attempt to share info that is of interest to players, but the condescending attitude when that info is shown to be flawed is misdirected.

Sad. Grand Sierra is a beautiful place too.
I was joking about even money a couple of years ago on one of the forums; now it has come true.
Still, when you think about it roulette is almost twice as high and idiot slots more than triple.
I play roulette for dealer signature and with the hopes that the dealer will hit a certain segment of the wheel. If I played it under the premise that every single spin of the wheel was random, I wouldn't touch the game.
In regards to these BJ games, unfortunately casinos think of their patrons as being naive and uninformed. If you are playing $5 a hand in BJ, it doesn't seem like that big of a deal if you only get paid $5 or $6 instead of $7.50 on an occasional blackjack. The only way to overcome this practice is to boycott and not play the game.
It is simple. If their stats show that they can get away with it, they will do it. If business drops off significantly, then they will need to consider changing back.
I would love to hear more about the dealer signature
People mistakenly think that Dealer signature must take place over a very long run. Not true. Usually you can tell if there is any consistency within 5 to 10 spins. My favorite dealers are where there are two dealers at the table and they are talking about things not related to what they are doing right there. They are in auto pilot. You wouldn't believe the consistency of some of these people.
Some hotels are now realizing that there can be a dealer signature and are instructing dealers to alter their releases on each spin. On cruise ships and at least in Australia, they were stopping the wheel and spinning it the other way on each spin.
The French roulette wheel at the Paris Las Vegas also changed direction of the wheel spin and ball spin on every spin.
I too have concerns about the accuracy of the list in the article. Whiskey Pete's pulled all of their table games off the casino floor sometime last year. IOW, they don't even have BJ now.
Well of course rules can change from month to month from casino to casino. If it turns out that Grand Sierra never had even blackjack on any of their games, then I think you will see letters to the editor and a big apology from Henry Tamburin and Casino Player.
??? LOL! I was talking about Whiskey Pete's!
Unfortunately I was a step ahead of you and I addressed your Whiskey Pete's plus the current situation with Grand Sierra. Read a little closer next time.

Sheesh. I really hope you are putting us on and not pretending to be slow? I think most got it. I'm sorry that you apparently didn't. Casinos are constantly changing their BJ rules. I'm sure Whiskey Pete's had BJ when the article was written. I think the bottom line question is whether or not Grand Sierra had or still has a 6 deck game that only pays even money on blackjacks?
