At Last . . . A Rational Response to Mr. Trump

I'll be sure to forward DonDIego's lecture to my neighborhood Sunday School teachers and boy scout leaders - all of whom engage in the despicable indoctrination that DonDiego describes. But somehow I suspect DonDIego doesn't object to it as much on those fronts. The values that parents prescribe to their children is largely at their discretion and nobody else's business. That's a cool thing about living in a free country.

I live somewhat close to PJ, but definitely in a distinct and separate neighborhood. DD can feel safe and comfortable visiting Sunday schools and churches in my town.

I suspect that DD Would also feel safe in PJ's neighborhood churches also, but apparently PJ can't. That's unfortunate.

I'm not the one issuing hyperbolic nazi analogies regarding children being indoctrinated with the values of their parents. And you wont find any threads authored by me on this board that object to adults taking their kids to confederate flag rallies. I would never be so arrogant.

I can only imagine Boilerman's reaction to a liberal who questioned his parenting skills or the values he passes onto his own kids. But I dont have to imagine Boilerman questioning someone else on those fronts- he's already done it on this thread.

We all know bad parenting (and hate) when we see it - and we all pay for the results in terms of teen pregnancies and costs of drug treatment, incarceration, etc.

Parents who take their children to KKK meetings where children are encouraged to yell racially offensive slogans are one example.
Parents who take their children to Black Lives Matter protests where children are encouraged to yell "Pigs in a blanket - fry 'em like bacon" are another example.
Parents who have their children pose for pictures with semi-automatic weapons are another example.
Parents who have their children filmed in a commercial yelling "f*ck Donald Trump" while flipping the bird to the camera are another example.

I try not to judge others - but sometimes I see bad parenting and take note to make sure my children and grandchildren are not brought up that way.

It's called common decency and I would even throw a side of morals in there. Something this country is running dangerously low on.

I thought about this again, This is the message the latino society wants to send to the citizens of this country, that their kids are disrespectful little thugs? Yea makes want to give a big ol welcome to country hug and a kiss.

Hmm inaccurately calling them rapists and murders? well, I won't quibble over words, it was a tasteless statement, then again what about Kate Steinle. I'd classify that as a murder, wouldn't you? Cold blooded and random to boot. From a convicted felon and deported multiple times to boot boot. I could go on and on. Any disagreements? I dare you.
I know the overwhelming majority of Hispanics are here to make a living, but there is the also the negative impact they have on the US.
