Aurora borealis sightings

The earth is due to get whacked Tuesday 1/24 by a big plume of plasma from the giant solar flare last week.

Scientists say there could be displays of aurora borealis in North America much further south than usual.

I'll be looking for them here in northern Indiana.

Thanks for the heads up! I remember hearing about them but wasn't sure when to expect (hope for) a light show. Been several years since I've seen them in west-central Ohio.

We get them here in Maine every once in awhile. I think they are totally amazing. I'll be watching tomorrow. k
