Don't play poker myself, but notice the bad beat jackpot at my local joint is approaching $200,000. How does it get so high? Am assuming it is generated as a (small) percentage of the rake. But when I look in the poker room there generally isn't more than three or four tables in action. Are players being fleeced in order to generate this prize?
