Beef and me(OT)

First off,ME,i wasn't goina try no TMI personal health stuff,BUT,fantastic news today. We went to my heart dr for a scheduled checkup and WOW,my heart failure is almost gone, heart is @45%(normal is 50)! ...and then my pulminary test came back NORMAL(i had pretty bad pulminary hyper tension pretty bad). This is the one i was really worried about,WHEW! . Whistling zippy-de-doo-dah outta my ..oh never mind.

Moving on,beef aging nicely and today was diaper changing day. Thought i would share if any are interested in what dry aged looks like after so many days, forget how many, but oh well. Not sure if this guy will make it past this weekend or wait. If we get another day like today,in the 60's and sunny, beauty day,the grill's coming outta hibernation. We'll see.

Had to wrestle the cheesecloth and get it weighted down, grab the closest, heaviest items(rick) i could find.Mission accomplished.

Wrapped and mummy-fied and now is back to resting in fridge downstairs. Great day!,now sit down, relax with a couple cold beverages and.... ahhhhhhh, feeling great.

I really can't believe that those cashews and candy bars are still around.

What's taking you so long to eat them ???

I'd have them gone 1/2 way though a football game

DonDiego is pleased to hear about the improvements in jatki99's health.

Milk Duds are an essential part of any healthy diet plan. DonDiego recommends the reader stock up, as in a few years they may be available by prescription only.
Congratulations on your improving health. I think it's cool that you've been so open about your health situation here, making it a topic of discussion.

Helps to know what other people experience when they get injured and face recovery, never know when our own numbers might come up.

I want to go to your house. You have all the good stuff. Glad to hear that your health is improving.
John: So very glad to hear your good news. Keep up the good work.

P.S. I'm sure the beef is going to be AWESOME

Diane
Thanks everyone,i'm still pretty stoked about the lung issue,i thought i'd be with that forever. WHEW! again.

Rick, don't you worry 'bout me,haven't had to "restock" my desk nuts yet. Not sure where my dry roasted peanuts ran off to? Hmmm, it's a mysteryI tell ya.

probably not the best idea to post a picture of your countertop with the mail sitting right there. with your name and address on it. on a forum that anyone on the planet has access to.

I don't really see any mail with addresses. I see what looks like stock symbols and that's about it.
Though I've been eyeing the $1 coupon, looks like it's for mustard or vegatable oil. No CSI disciple here.

Good luck with the meat John and even more with your health improvements.

The mail is tucked under the wax paper. And what is on top is 20% off of something, so it may be addressed to current resident. but I still don't think it's a great idea.

I know that a lot of people have posted things here thinking of this message board as some big happy family, but few think about he fact that when you post something on a message board that you don't even have to register on to read, you are essentially sharing whatever you post with all 6 billion people (or is it 7 now) on planet earth, or at least those with an internet connection. You do not have to be registered on this site or logged in to read the free-for-all posts and look at the pictures on the FFA

oh, and it's the second picture
