The beef jerky store at Fremont

This is one of my favorite stores at the Fremont Experience when in Vegas for not only beef jerky but other goodies as well.
They sell a dried persimmon fruit Linky that tastes like candy, sweet & chewy.

Yup been there before. It's on one of those side streets but i for sure remember!

This product looks interesting, Okra chips. I'm guessing it's fried until it becomes crispy like chips. I would like to try that sometime.

The store is located east and across of the fremont hotel and casino. not a street anymore, it is just a mall in that area.

there are similar stores downtown. On the second floor promenade of the cal (called aloha specialties), on the 1st floor of the LVC (called LV jerkys).

I was given a package of the stuff but put off eating it because they looked a bit scary. The other night, I tried some, and guess what, they're pretty good. Fried but not too greasy.
