Beer is proof God loves us

I missed that show but wish I'd watched. Saved it from what, and how, pray tell. Is tainted water part of the story?

Apology accepted, Jim. You actually got part of it right, because the author goes on to say, "I am sure he had beer in his heart of hearts, though."

The author shows that beer is mentioned in the Bible in a couple places, and claims that the reason Jesus didn't turn water into beer is that beer is more complicated to make.

It's an interesting book, even if the author is prejudiced against wine and admires Budweiser.

I guess that's why I'm in serious trouble. I admire both wine and Budweiser.

I'm not exactly sure what was saved, but it did one hell of a job rendering crappy water into something good for you.

Is that Budwiser or Budvar? Remember Budwiser comes from a Czech beer which is still made today.budvar home page

I see you more as a wine person.
