Overall nice improvement. Definitely improved bathroom counter tops, solid over tiled.

I did like the original tiled kitchen backsplash a little better. Just personal taste.

On the landscaping, where you put down sod, was that dead grass before? I assume there are sprinklers installed, so the previous owners just stopped watering?
Number51,
Thanks for your input. If you were the buyer I wish I would have saved the money on the back-splash lol. The previous tile is about a 1 a sqft for materials (which actually would have been free since it was already there) vs the stainless steel/glass tile back-splash we installed was about $16 a sqft lol.

In regards to the grass there was grass previously but the last owner stopped watering due to the fact their were short selling the home and wanted to save every penny they could. So yes there were already sprinklers we just made sure they were all in proper working condition and laid new sod, planted new bushes, trimmed the existing trees and bushes, etc.
Yup, most people will like the new back splash better, I'm old school (bland).

The place shows much better with the landscaping, paint color, floors, and counter tops. I'm also a little torn on the new fireplace, again more modern, most people will see it as an improvement.

If I had to guess:
You paid $190,000
Put in $25,000
You'll get $245,000

You make $30,000

Am I even close?

Haha that's classified info I could tell you but then I would have to kill you....LOL just kidding! Thanks for your interest though!
Nice job. Does the new master shower stall need a curtain? How do you keep the water from spraying out?
Snidely333,

I left it open for the buyer to decide whether they want a curtain or glass doors etc.
I allways thought the frameless glass doors were classy. Pretty nice job.

Rehabbing houses is what I intend to do once I finally get all straightened out.
Just cutting that tree in the front made a world of difference.

Nice job.
