Bellagio Buffet Report

what about the Bellagio Breakfast Buffet (weekdays) ....... anyone do it ??? ..... How is it ?

Any "Specialties" that I should seek out, or is it just a basic dressed up breakfast buffet ?

Thanks, Rick
I have eaten at over 15 buffets in Vegas in the last 5 months, and the Bellagio was by far the best.
I have not tried the buffet at the Wynn, and I ate at the Bellagio dinner, not lunch which many say is a big difference.
The chicken, spare ribs, roast beef, and steak strip was better then most restaurants, and this is only a buffet, so I recomend trying the dinner next time.
M buffet is the best we have tried. Recommended to friends last year and they weren't staying there, but went back to it again after the first trip, they liked it so much. We have never had a bad experience there and have been there several times for both breakfast and lunch.

Of course, it went downhill.. duh MGM bought it from Steve Wynn a few years ago-- omg didnt you notice the Art Muesum is gone too?

Was disappointed w/ the Sunday brunch- just 30 differently made egg products.. BUT at lunch and dinner they still have those lavender mashed potatos made from Russian Fingeringling potatos and tons of choices, fish (3 or 4 kinds) never one for venison and Buffalo- did they have the shrimp at the left front?

My advice is to go to a restaurant where you sit down and order the food you want to eat and they bring it to you. No standing in line with a plate or having to rely on the label to know what you are getting.

I have only eaten at the Bellagio buffet once, and it was a Sunday brunch. I believe we were there longer than 2 hours, mostly because our server kept coming back with champagne refills. I don't recall seeing a sign about a time limit, and I think it is tacky as heck if they do have one.

The dinner buffet still has the peeled jumbo shrimp cocktail ....and the butternut squash raviolli.
I just get 2 plates of that ...and then dessert.
I dont know if its the best in the city but I definitely get my money's worth.
It's been five years since I've been to Vegas so take this with a buffet helping of salt.

Best Dinner Buffet, Bellagio
Best Breakfast Buffet, Paris
Best Sunday Brunch, Bally's Sterling Brunch
Restaurants, especially buffets, are very subjective. My favorite buffet is still Bellagio. I love to go in shortly before the "gourmet dinner" on Friday, pay the $20 price for lunch and eat the yummy dinner. It saves me $17 off the dinner price
We ate at the Bellagion Buffet on April 12 for lunch. We scored two seasts at the bar, so we didn't have to wait. I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't any prime rib, but I loved the spinach salad, thai chicken salad, peeled shrimp, and pro[erly cooked eggs benedict. It was more than enough to fill me up and I thought it was worth the $19.95.

I didn't care for the choice of soups, but that is just a personal thing, not a mistake of Bellagio.
