Yes, I ate there right after it opened in July. I had the ribs and chicken combo. The meat was smoked fairly well but the portions were small. I find it odd that they didn't offer any sauce or there wasn't any on the table but I'm not complaining. They might have had some if I asked. I'm just used to BBQ places in Texas where you walk through a line instead of being served. They will ask you if you want sauce. The beans were okay but they were in a tiny cup. I don't eat Cole Slaw so I have no opinion on that. The Corn on the Cob was fine. I didn't care for the cornbread. It was very dry and crumbled into pieces upon taking a bite.
In conclusion, it's okay if you really have a craving for BBQ but I wouldn't make a special trip downtown just to have it. Note, it's only open in the evenings as I learned when I walked over from the Four Queens for lunch and I did choose to come back later.
