Best 24 hour Vegas stretch?

I just turned 28 and thinking back on my 20 or so trips in the last seven years there have been some really big highlights and, well, some lowlights.

I've got my next trip coming up the first weekend in May and as part of my prep I always think back to all the fun I've had in the past. What sticks out to me most is a trip I had back in July 2008, staying at TI. Had the best 24-hour stretch of my young "vegas career'. Sat down on a Tuesday afternoon for a little $2-$4 Texas Hold em and hit a straight flush for a nice hand win as well as a progressive hit to the tune of $599. Walked away from the session up $750.

Later that evening I played three hours of blackjack for a nice $300 run. Then, the next morning I decided to go play some nickel Multistrike and struck a $250 royal.

$1300 stretch for a fairly low-roller in just under 24 hours...what a blast it was!

What's your best 24-hour run in the great city of Vegas?

$600 at Sams Town playing craps at a $5 table.

$2700+ profit at Silverton a couple years ago. Hit quad deuces 1st night there and on same machine in am. Funny thing was, both happened as soon as I started playing. Every slot I touched I made a profit on.I've had other winning trips but not in such a short time period.

Hit for $200 at 4 Queens on a penny Star Wars machine in the afternoon, then went to Main Street Station at night and had a good night playing blackjack and walked away with $500, and then the next morning hit for another $300 on that same Star Wars machine. Wish everyday would go like that

This one is easy.

July 1987. Solo trip, Las Vegas Club. Based on a Playboy article, best BJ rules in the world. Arrived late Friday night well drunk. No seats at the tables, played craps for the first time.

COULD NOT LOSE!

Kept winning, for three days. Streak after streak. It amounted to well over $5K . Total low roller, all minimum bets, just constant wins. If I knew then what I know now, it would have been much more.

Came home with $$$$$$, and a craps fan. Never hit the amazing BJ tables.


Been back to LVC many times, with nothing even close ever.

My better half "hit for the cycle" playing Bonus Poker, hitting everything on the paytable in a 24 hour period a few trips ago -- that was a great 24 hours!

3 years ago I was on a long stay with a low bankroll. 6 days with only $300/day. The first 2 mornings I took $100. to a $10 BJ table and was able to double my money both times. Then played some Pai Gow and Roulette. I choose these because I was only going to play a few hands and didn't want to piss anyone off jumping in and out. I was fortunate to hit numbers on R and bounus' on PG to keep me gambling all day. I was up to $500 one night and $650 the 2nd by 8pm, so I was able to play BJ all evening. I ended up giving it back but played until after midnight both nights.

The 3rd morning was my 24 hr. I went down to play BJ at 9am with $100. $10 table, I won my first 10 hands and I was raising my bet by 50% or more each hand. My last hand was a $250 bet. I played at that table until 1pm and left with $1400+. Now I'm ready to do a casino crawl..I started at MGM and stopped in every casino and bought in with $100 at a $10 BJ table. I would play as long as I was winning, but if I got down to $50 then off to the next. By the time I got to Wynn it was almost midnight and going strong.
I was up to almost $3,000. I decided to hit a Roulette table and buy in with $2,000. I played 6 different numbers (same ones each spin) with $25 - $50 on each. I hit 4 times so left with $4,000+.
I decide to hot a $25 BJ table. I bought in with $1,000 and sat there until 6am and left with $2500.

I am high on life right now, sleep or hunger never came into the picture and I was ready to hit the other side of the strip.
I cross over to TI and made my way down. By the time I hit Bellagio it was noon and I was ready to hit the bed.
I had to pass up MC & NYNY.

I ended up with almost $8,000. I gave 1/2 of it back over the next few days but had a blast.

2004 hubby and I checked in to the Monte Carlo. Hubby wanted to go to the Aladdins sports book. There was a round bank of the old coin in Wheel of Fortune machines. I had a few quarters so I popped 3 in and nothing. Repeated. Reached in my purse for the las 3 quarters popped them in and hit 3 red 7's. Woo pee $250. Hubby came over and we played for a bit I hit a few more small jackpots and cashed out my 250. We walked over to a bank of $1 machines and we played that and hit again for $300. We decided to go over to the MGM to play the Lion machines a friend had suggested. We both picked machines and I popped in a $50and started playing. About halfway thru my $50 I hit the $1k. All that starting out plaing $3.25.
Hubby or usually hit enough that we can take some of our stake home. Hope to do the same b
Next week. Going for 6 days.

Yes but the odds of it ever happening again are slim.
