Best Caesars/harrahs dining comp? Show comps?

If you had a comp to use at a Caesars/harrahs property where would you go?

We have already tried giada, guy fieri's, Gordon Ramsey burgers, mon ami gabi

Is the Bacchanal buffet worth it for lunch or dinner? Has anyone eaten at the hash house a go go at the linq? I have never eaten at that location.

What about the free show choices. Not even sure what the choices are now. We have usually seen them all. Anything new? My mom has diamond status and we usually get two free shows as well.
Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill at Caesars.
We like the Bacchanal Buffet. We loved the 10.00 off coupon in the MRB for breakfast. They do brunch which is nice. I haven't had dinner since it first opened but they have a good seafood selection if you like seafood.
Le Café Ile St. Louis at Paris--Used my $100 Celebration award there. We were just looking for someplace to eat lunch on Thanksgiving Day. Seeing no long line and needing to use or lose the coupon, we saw their sign, $45 five course dinner, which was very good. It is described as an "upscale café", but had an extensive menu. Very nice atmosphere, excellent service/staff. I had a glass of Riesling which was above average. I would try the place again, as the regular menu was tempting and not terribly expensive.

Had an excellent breakfast at Paris (Le Buffet, I think...they have more than one).

The Bacchanal at Caesars certainly has plenty to choose from. Oops, we did breakfast there. Don't know about lunch or dinner. Generally I don't like buffets except for breakfast.

The only time we ate at HHAGG was at the IP, which is now Linq. I thought the food looked better than it tasted. Not bad, just blah. But if you have liked HHAGG anywhere, you'll probably like it fine at the Linq.

We always like Legends in Concert, if it is still with CET. Sort of depends on who is playing, but overall it is decent entertainment. Some of them are really good.

There may be a new group replacing The Million Dollar Quartet, which has moved on. Ask about that. IMO, it needed to move on. I'm glad it was free.

Caesars usually has an A-B list headliner playing. Check into that.
We saw Brooks & Dunn and Reba...outstanding show. They are there off and on.
Of course Celine or Elton, Jerry Seinfeld, etc. You've probably seen them.

What about the Donnie and Marie show at the Flamingo? I always intend to see it but never have.

The ceiling on the comp offer would come into play.

If it's on the generous side, I would be inclined to go to Nobu, Old Homestead or Gordon Ramsay's Steakhouse.

BLT Steak has not been mentioned and I think it's underrated. Solid play, especially taking advantage of happy hour prior to being sat in main dining floor.

We first went to hhagg at the m and loved it. They closed that location and ate at the Fremont one a few times. While good, we loved the m location.

I forgot about Bobby flays mess grill. I am more of a foodie than my mom. I will have to convince her. It was on my wish list. We don't at much seafood so bacchanal always gets scratched. I think we have $100.
Have seen Celine. Brooks n Dunn. Elton John. Million dollar. Would like to see Donnie and Marie but don't think it was offered.

Where are you going to park? You are so vocal about your boycott of all properties that charge for parking. I know diamond gets free parking, but if you use that then you are not boycotting these properties.
If you like Italian food, try Martorano's.

I didn't like Mesa Grill, mostly because it was so noisy. Go early and ask for a quiet table, which I usually do but forgot to do. There probably isn't a "quiet" table, but one farther away from where the food is prepared.

I'm probably the only human on the planet that would say anything negative about Mesa, so do give it a try if you are so inclined. I didn't like what I ordered (server's suggestion), and husband (not a foodie either, just burgers, sandwiches) didn't care for his that much...just thinking about your mom. Two meals might exceed your comp. This was quite a few years ago, never gave it another chance.
