Best dessert in Vegas?

My personal favorite is the sticky toffee pudding at Gordon Ramsey Steakhouse in the Paris.

I spent a few days in the north of England and tried 3 sticky toffee puddings. A few days after I got back home I had the sticky toffee pudding at Gordon Ramsey Pub at Caesars. Sticky toffee was much better in two out of the three times I had it in England.

The 14 layer chocolate cake I had at Encore's coffee shop was very, very good!

No argument from me about the sticky toffee pudding. To clarify, the Steakhouse version not the Pub version.

I chocolate dessert at Prime was also exceptional but I can't remember the details.
