Best Happy Hours in Vegas

We usually get a cheese plate or something similar. I seem to remember getting a Tuna Poke salad once. Everything at the bar has always been fine, never over the top great.
The view seems to add one level to the actual quality.

1. Black Angus Sliders are tasty. Bigger than a traditional slider and they serve 3 sliders. A steal at half price.
2. Lollipop Chicken Wings. Spicy and a big serving too.

They aren't extraordinary like the appetizers at American Fish for example....but big servings...half price...best view in town, 2 for one drinks and Free Tower Admission make it a great value.

For me on the strip i like Diablo's Cantina at Monte Carlo and off the strip i go to Ellis Island

We are very interested in the 107 HH for our upcoming Xmas trip, is it usually crowded? Are the small plate (petite filet) included in the 1/2 price?

Unfortunately just the appetizers and cocktails are half price. I was there last year the week before Christmas. They had half the place roped off for a private party....but we were still seated right away.

2 4 1 drinks at The Hard Rock and I loved the bar! 4 to 7 PM.
4 beers for $13,as I recall. We were not on the bar tops.

Great for people-watching,too. A little above the casino floor with a great view of the floor.
I didn't see any "hookers" in there.Maybe they were at the pool(The paid-for one).
