Best mailers/winnings?

Who sends you the best promos or what are your current places you frequent? Where do you feel you win a little more?

Of course, you don't play for comps, but if you are going to play anyway, you might as well get a little something back. Do you feel you win or lose more with a loose comper?

Laughlin/Primm obviously send lots of free concerts due to needing a crowd...

Main Street sends me a ridiculous amount of food per month.

Hard Rock is funny, they send stuff to get you to come back, but once you come weekly, the freebies come to a stop.

Good topic, The only Vegas casino that sends me any real offers is Silver Sevens. Years ago I received great offers from Red Rock, Harrah's properties, GVR, Venetian and too many to mention. To my disappointment they have all dried up. I am a green chip table player. I do receive some good offers from the casinos here in Oklahoma and from casinos on the Gulf Coast.

I'm not a big slot player, but to get offers from Vegas again, I'm going to investigate multiple points days. Any pointers would be helpful. What do LVAer's play and where, to get their offers?

To answer your question about winnings, I do not win. I may have a winning session of a couple grand, but I'll give it all back, plus more in a period of a couple of weeks.
#1 is Sams Town by a long shot (sure do love their steak house). CET does a pretty good job too with free rooms and free play. Stations is a constant at 3 nights, $25 food, $50 FP (not great, but I really like RR & Sunset).
The best single comp offer we ever received was addressed to my wife at her office. A personal letter /offer from a host at MGM. It included transportation, a VIP room, all meals and entertainment. We went and gambled at our usual red/green chip level. We were never invited back.

Even though we have moved the majority of our play to the GG downtown we still get a lot of offers from the Golden Nugget. Mostly free rooms weeknights and heavily discounted rooms weekends. Occasional free or match play up to $25. We eat occasionally at Vic and Anthony's and Chart house with a lifetime 25% off card from Landry's corp. but we rarely gamble there anymore other than poker.

The Golden Gate sends us monthly free suite and meals offers. That's not really much since the suite is not much more than everyone else's room and the only food is at Dupar's (though good for a coffee shop). They also send a $25 free play a month.

I have received offers from every place mentioned above...except GG, don't think I've ever been.

Captain, I don't think I have ever seen anyone compliment stations. They are my least favorite. We don't even bother to go in there much at all, except to finish using my points for the bad buffet.

Silver Sevens is Primm. I still go there (Primm) some and have been winning a few bucks there lately, but their hotel service can be frustrating. Their marketing is great. Silver Seven does have some good ribs for cheap at the cafe.

I actually get stuff from pretty much everywhere and almost all will send a little when you haven't been in for a year. Cowboy, that is why you got a big offer and then nothing. They will send stuff to get you to come in and assess your level or when they need new clients.

I had a large session at Cosmo waiting on a show once and they sent me a good bit for about 6 months. Still send a little.

I kind of like floating around and haven't found any one place that I love. I will kind of make a loop of places to hit as I run errands or have to travel to another side of town. I have won a few bucks lately, but I agree, last 2-3 years have been extremely dry. You used to be able to get 5-6 hundred bucks from a hit...now lucky for 50. I found a certain vp for a few years, but it dried up as well. I was maybe even and now not so much.
I receive offers from lots of Vegas places, but end up going back to the M Resort in Henderson for the majority of our stays.

I used to play blackjack exclusively, but am now committed to just video poker. Since then, I give a little play to lots of places, and get two nights comped, and some free play, at Cosmo, Palms, Golden Gate, and Main Street Station. MSS throws in the $40 in food comps with my free three nites, but we don't like the food nor the rooms.

So, even though my mailers from the M are small, given the amount we gamble each trip at VP (we get coupons for two free buffets each and about $100 free play, plus the comped room), we rely on our fabulous M host to take care of comps for us. We stay five nights in one of their two room suites, get $200 per day in food credit, plus whatever else we may charge to the room (spa, etc), as well as limo ride to/from the airport. The M Mailers also include two free show tix to whatever is on in their Pavilion at the moment.

For a locals casino, we feel we get the most from M, but again, it is comped by our host, and not originating from Marketing dept mailers, like at Cosmo or GG.
I absolutely adore our M host, but sometimes we just want to relax in Vegas, see some shows, and do a touristy trip, like we did last week. So, we eliminated M from our trip, so as not to feel pressured to "gamble up" to maintain comps. IMO, that is not a sound strategy. M does have decent VP, though, so if we want to gamble A LOT, that is still our first choice for Vegas.
Main Street,Downtown Grand,GG. All with 2 nights free stays. July through September. October for the MSS.
I get 'em by snail mail and in my Email.
Just a red and green table player.
Black out drunk? Black player.
Forever, a down town Dude.
The strip is for suckers,if you like to gamble or EAT.
Naturally, I get good offers from the Silverton. They have great offers every month, and it pays to play there!
