Best Rooms from these 3

I have not stayed in these hotels for some time and was wondering which one has the best room. I know MB was remodeled a couple years ago, not sure about the Hotel.

Must Have's - HD TV, bigger the TV the better, separate shower (if possible)

These are the places I am considering

1. Mandalay Bay
2. The Hotel
3. Mirage

Any input would be appreciated.
THE Hotel, hands down. It is a suite with 1 1/2 bath. Separate tub and shower (one of my criteria also). And an extra half bath right by the door. It's a real suite, with a door between LR and BR. Flat screen TVs in both rooms. Don't know for sure the dimensions of the TV's or if they are HD, but they are definitely wall mounted flat screens. Are all flat screens HD now?

The standard room at Mandalay Bay also has separate shower and tub, and is rather spacious. A friend was staying there, so I didn't notice the TV. But I am 90% sure is was a flat screen

Don't know about the TV's at the Mirage. I am pretty sure the standard room there is tub/shower combo. And I think a little smaller than the MB standard room. But the Mirage location closer to center strip is better than the wayyyy South location of MB and THE hotel

Based on your only criteria being the TV and separate shower, I would rank the 3

1) THE Hotel
2) MB
3) Mirage
the rooms might be nicer at Mandalay bay but the location stinks. Stayed at M B in May and did not think the the place was worth the distance fom everything. stay center strip at the Mirage. I will never make that mistake again. Also did not see anyone hitting anything in the casino. Pay for an upgraded room at the Mirage. The regular rooms at M B are nothing special and in need of a face lift.

Seconded. I just stayed at the Hotel a couple of weeks ago and was impressed. I got a great rate and they screwed up on the availability of my room until after 9 pm even though I came at 3pm. To compromise they gave me a $100 food and beverage credit and waived my resort fees. I would definitely go back.

Oh, boy. Another one who thinks personal observations have predictive value in games of chance. Paging "Rob Singer;" please pick up a white courtesy phone.
