The best ?

Taken at one of "my" South Florida "Casino's" (actually a racino), this is about the "best" payback I've noticed for slots.



Incidentally, the VP paytables also SUCK! Unless you want to play 98% $5.00 VP. The "low roller games are terrible, and many less than 95%.

I sometimes play poker at this 'asino when there are significant promotions, and noticed the sign during that visit.

Makes me somewhat happy I'm not a slot player.

Fine print is likely: one of these machines pays up to nearly 96% over the long term.

Blade is correct. Read the fine print, its probably not as good as it looks.

There is no need for me to "read the fine print". I think this is a terrible percentage for $1.00 per credit.

Actually, about the only time I do play any slot is IF I perceive that machine to be in an advantage play situation. Those "quick reward" slots with "mystery" jackpots that must pay by $xxx style games, IF the mystery jackpot is high enough to favor hitting it before the coin in exceeds the amount of the award, meanwhile hoping to get lucky and hit something good along the way. And I'm pretty patient in my selections, and know the maximum I'd have to play in order to hit, based on the jackpot contribution per dollar.

I generally do not play any VP except for when I find abandoned multipliers. There are also a few "banking" slots I keep my eye on, and will play if I perceive an advantage.

Sometime I will "take a shot" and play through $10 or $20 on a "fun" machine, looking to get lucky, if the jackpot is unusually high. Otherwise, I'm just walking, or playing live poker.
