Beware Rushmore!

Beware Rushmore Casino online. I'm 34 days out trying to collect winnings of $2,000. See www.gamblinggrumbles.com and the lastest Rushmore review for their summary after they tried to help.
Fulltilt poker owes me $2.43.
I find it somewhat amusing when I read of those who are owed money by online casinos. Did the fact that they have been illegal for what seems forever ever factor into the thinking of those who chose to gamble online? Quit your whining, you knew the risks.

Online gambling is legal in most places, how did you discern where the OP is domiciled?

Chilcoot- Split hairs all you want, it won't change the fact that online gambling has been and is illegal. Accepting bets and funds for betting has always been illegal, though placing a bet has not been deemed illegal. Until the U.S. Government figures out a way to get their "fair share" the government will not allow legal online gambling. I won't argue the hair splitting of online wagering with you, suffice to say, ask those who are "owed" money( that the government has seized) just where their "winnings"are. Anyone with an iota of common sense knew that it was just a matter of time before the government would step in and do just as they did by seizing funds gambled online.

So then the OP is from the United States?

For most people, including quite a few LVAers, internet gambling is perfectly legal.
