I buy the football sized drink for $16 then keep the football for half priced drinks the rest of the stay.
When they ask you if you want an extra shot, say yes then watch them put that shot in the container......you wont believe it!!!

My first day ever in Vegas was a very hot October day. My soon to be wife and I sauntered up to the frozen drink bar outside the IP. We each ordered the medium ass frozen concoction. When asked about the extra shot (side car they called it) we said "yes". That was a big mistake. By the time we drank our drinks and walked the strip down the M&M store we were both quite intoxicated and had to take a bus back to TI.
One of the funniest sights to me in Vegas is seeing the gang-banger types walking around with big ass frozen drinks. It's just hard to look tough with a 44 oz plastic guitar hung around your neck.
The last time I had a big ass drink downtown, the security guard at Gold Spike had a little chat with me before sending us on our way to the Western.
I stick with small and medium ass drinks now.
