Bill Cosby

Celebrities or other notables with a lot of money are always targets.

It COULD be true, or he could be the target of any female who had a date with him, was stood up by him, rejected for a role in his shows, etc., and the one with the first claim (whom he settled with) got the ball rolling, which would be unfair to say the least.

But,that he settled with the first one is concerning.
Perhaps that is why he settled, knowing there are others out there.

Time will tell.

ET TU Cosby, I feel he stabbed us in the heart, I really thought he was one of the good ones. I too thought the Cosby show was 3rd or 4th best, proof is in the "pudding" you never see re-runs of this show.

Meanwhile......

He appeared in Miami last night (11/21/2014) to a crowd of about 2,000.
As expected, there were police inside in the event of potential disruption to the show. He performed about 90 minutes, and received "rave" reviews and a standing ovation.

There were protestors outside with signage. According to local news coverage, 5 protestors on the "guilty" side of the issue, and 1 protestor on the "innocent until proven guilty" side, who was screaming her lungs out.

The weather was very cool, with some rain on and off.

The commentator also mentioned he has numerous other shows scheduled around the country, that some were cancelled, and others will not.

Not certain if I "believe" some of those who stepped forward. I suspect that at least one is seeking her return to the spotlight, so to speak. I also suspect that with some of the others, it may have been consensual to start, and when she sobered up, or reports started to surface, decided she was "raped". And some may have zero credibility.

However, his silence on the issue speaks volumes.

I'm fence sitting this one.

One can watch 11 Cosby reruns per week within the Indianapolis market. I predict a decrease in this number soon, however.

As the saying goes, "Where there's smoke there's fire"..............and there's a lot of smoke surrounding Cosby. If the accusations are true, I'm quite disappointed. I've always believed Bill Cosby to be one of the good guys.

Only 30 years after the fact....

Me too. No one from the Cosby show is defending him.

I heard Ben Roethlisberger and Kobe Bryant asked for his autograph.
