Here's my take on the whole thing.

I think that he was told by his doctors that was going to die pretty soon from his kidney problems. He moves into this house so he can be comfortable for the rest of his time. Now he feels that his death by U.S. hands makes him a myrtar but him dying from kidney failure just makes him dead. He tells the "trusted currier" that finked on him to tell us where is . We go kill him, and we look like the bad guy to the Muslim world. Now this guy gets his $25 million, and off he goes and lives it up?????

I don't think so. If this stooley really told where he was without Bin Laden saying it was OK, his entire family would be as good as dead. He could no more by a candy bar without getting his ass blown up. What I think is really going happen with the money it will go toward funding further terrorist attacks aginst us.

Don't let this guy fool you. He was a very smart person. Anyone that can talk someone into blowing themselves up, well...... This thing was well thought out by him and carried out just the way he planned it

Ray - talk about wild theories! The trusted currier did not him out. His name was known and he was tracked to the house which I believe he owned & was killed there.

Ok, where are the holes in this theory? He dies at our hands, he's a bigger hero to his followers than he already is. Now it's "You killed him. You killed him" and not him just going belly up in the fish bowl. You haven't seen the news lately about the people getting into shootouts with the cops lately? They have a term for people that want to die but don't have the guts to do it themselves. It's called "suicide by cops". This is what I think he did. He's dead now and it's our fault.

What's wrong with the theory that everything we found out about him and where he was "hiding" was information he wanted us to know? If he wants to die the way I describe, how else would you leak the infromation to your location than in the way I put forward? We have spy satellites that can tell the make of a car from space. He's managed to stay hidden for ten years without us finding him till now? Give me a break. All of a sudden he pops up right under our nose like he's in a "Where's Waldo" puzzle and was wanting to stay hidden?

Another thing. All this gunfire, all the protection he's had around him at all times for all these years, and none of our boys get shot in the entire exhange? What did they do before they started to move in. Wait till all his bodyguards went out for pizza??? No, this just doesn't add up.

He was wanting us to find him and go out the way he did.

I think I will keep my thoughts on this to myself for the moment while I wait for Donald to get to the bottom of this conspiracy theory.

A big issue for me is how it's based on nothing other than your imaginings.

I don't know your track record, so I'd need more than that.

I think the US tracked him down and shot him. Since he's spent years working hard not to die a martyr, I'd need evidence to believe he changed and let us find him.

Indeed! I would have liked to see him have a life sentence at the Circus Circus, dining at the buffet daily, and watching strippers along with many other forms of sleazy entertainment that we enjoy in our American society. That would have been a perfect form of torture with no physical beatings. Also, I would force him to regularly watch the hags on The View and the dipsh*ts on Jersey Shore. Of course, we can have the vocals dubbed in his native lingo. Is that a bit too much?

I expect that, like most religious nuts, Bin Laden was a massive hypocrite and would have loved these treatments you suggest.
