BINIONS POOL

I am thinking of spending a night downtown probably at the Four Queens. In the past, you could use the pool at Binions. It is small but on the 24th floor with glass walls all around and an awesome view. Just wondering if anyone knows if by some miracle it is still open since the hotel is closed. I am thinking NOT but hoping maybe it is for 4Q guests.

It is open. Over Memorial Day weekend I had the place almost to myself. The view is spectacular.

Really? That is awesome. It is seriously very very cool. Tiny but at least 8 ft deep and an awesome view.

We had a great time at the pool around the middle of June. Lovely and hot up on the roof with a wonderful view of the city and the water is refreshing. One of the highlights of the downtown. That and the Fremont Street experience. You just need your Four Queens room key.

Do you have to be staying at the 4Q to use the Binions pool? I'm staying at the GG in August and was looking for a pool.. so far, all I have found is the Gold Spike... and um.. well. yeah.

I believe you do have to be a guest.

I am also happy to hear this as I will be there in Sept.

UPDATE:
I emailed some of the staff at Binions and they confirmed that you must be a guest a 4Q to use the Binions pool.

Damnit.

Now Im stuck using the Gold Spike pool.. or a pot hole off Fremont..

A pool is not usually high on the list of desired amenities of those people that stay downtown. The pool area is a big factor when I choose my Vegas hotel.
