Birthday promos

I'm sorry I have posted this a few years ago and really have never kept up. Are there any birthday promos still offered in Las Vegas......
The conventional wisdom is...birthday promos are rare to iffy to occasional.
And this changes. MGM casinos used to give Free Play during your birthday month. Last time I asked, this was no longer the case.

If you come to Vegas during your birthday month, stop in at every players club where you play and ask. Also, everywhere you dine, tell the server it is your birthday. You might get a free dessert or something. The downside is that you may be subjected to the staff singing happy birthday...LOL.

In the past, we would receive mailers ahead of time about special birthday month perks. Not so much anymore.

Heck, you could call the players clubs of your favorite casinos in advance, ask what they do. Might get an answer, might not.
A few of the local casinos have offers-

1,000 points at Silverton if you earn one point on that day ($3)
2,500 points at Southpoint if you earn one point during your birth month ($7.50)
Orleans Casino has a birth month kiosk swipe, you select a baloon an receive a prize usually in points

O2bnVegas and liondownnow for your speedy replies. Best like you said just stop and ask at Players and will be in n all three Orleans/Gold Coast and swipe card, Silverton 1000 points and Southpoint 2500 points.....
In my "local" casino's, I "always" go to the players club and ask about my "birthday" promotion, even though I already KNOW there is not one.

With a pleasant attitude, I almost always get something for asking. (I indicate I received an email from someone, must be the other casino. Will you give me the buffet anyway? How about FSP?)

Works for me. Last year, between 5 local casino's (within 1 week of my BD), I got: 1 T-shirt & $10 FSP (T-shirt was leftover from different promo), $10 FSP, 1 buffet, and one "nothing". Would have not gotten anything without "social engineering" for some BD swag.

I always ask for something. Any time I come into contact with a "boss", I ask. Because something I learned many years ago (from "Comp City" by Max Rubin), if you do not ask, you do not get.

Sams has been pretty good to me on the last 3 birthday months. Some very nice gifts and comps...but than I seem to be a "big fish" in their small pond. The Orleans balloon is invariably a buffet. Sunset Station put me in a suite on a mid-week visit.
